Hey! If your dog had been injected with anti-rabies then its fine. If the scratch is deep and there’s bleeding, I would Suggest you go now. if it’s a light scratch, then be sure to just visit the doctor within a week. Note: be aware of hydrophobia too! Hope this helps

He has not been injected with anti-rabies yet, and i don't think the wound is deep coz now the wound looks like it sealed up alrdy nd it did not hurt when i put alcohol on it, tho it did bleed before. But I can't go today bcoz there are currently no available doctors near my place. thank you for the info tho!
