Asians look different from Caucasians, that's fact. Racism is hate, and most of the time, irrational.
All I meant was that most anime characters have round eyes, but this guy actually has sharp, almond shaped eyes like actual Japanese people.
Exactly, I don't understand why anyone would misunderstand that as an expression of racism. :/ It's as if I felt offended because I was called European - due to my blond hair and blue eyes. o.O
I agree, it seems like in a lot of anime/manga the characters look more Caucasian or don't generally look Asia at all and they don't generally have features that are common in Asian people so i found it nice to see a character that actually looks Asian.
