Besides the art and the plot nothing specific it usually depends on the story some are trash some are master pieces so i cant say what i like in general ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I picked up a bl on accident a couple years ago and loved it. I think that the amount of quality bl I’ve read with interesting plot and good art have made me love it even more. That and for some reason no manga just tend to have better seggs scenes so :)

2017 maybe I kinda got tired of reading books about shy girl meets boy bla bla bla then I found the LGBTQ+? Category at first I would be like "plz don't be weird" then I found some really good bxb/bl books with awesome plots and writing style totally out the box then I started looking for it in manga cuz why not? No were I 2021 (=・ω・=)
