From what i got there was a prophecy or something that said their family will have one daughter
So now that there are 2, it (supposedly) means that one is fake
The prophecy said only one daughter could do the spirit shit
Keaira went to her aunts house a few chapters ago and read about her family history and read about two sisters sooooo I'm confusion
No i think the fact that only one daughter can do the spirit stuff is what Keira learnt from the journal
But i think the prophecy said only one will be born
Maybe the prophecy was misunderstood so everyone thought that there can't be 2 daughters

The prophecy said that one spirit user will be born, but the journal said that one spirit user can unlock another spirit user's abilities (which is what happened to Keira in the first timeline), so Keira knows that the prophecy is straight up wrong since they're BOTH spirit users. However, Keira learned this from a journal that's top secret and can't be shared outside of the family, so she technically still doesn't have proof and for now, everybody still thinks there's only one spirit user (and the other girl is more likely because she looks like the grand duke)

What I don't understand is why is it that the existence of cosette mean Keira is not his biological daughter??!! I'm pretty sure he can pop another few kids if he wants so wtf
And if Keira is not the dukes daughter and her mother commits adultery why did they not think that maybe the boy was also not the duke's?
Why is the Duke so useless?
