So i read this manga but i dont remember the title. The mc has two sons and i think they live in shore. Then mc partner left them and he though he was having an affair or died i dont really remember but then he came again only to leave again. Then the mother came to the mc to get one of her grandson but the mc never allow it. Also the truth about the partner is that he was sick and getting treatment thats why he left. I think it was omegaverse I dont really remember.
