Genuinely curious, how do they peirce a d? Like how? Isn't it to much flesh to go through?
i think it depends on where on the d it is but i assume as a soft d is very flimsy that its not as hard at you think!!! i assume for lukas they would use a tube to go through his pp hole and then thread the needle through and follow it with the barbell :))
