The Mc and ml both don't end up as lovers but more like friends since they both been through a lot. I think it ended that way but I'm not sure since it was a long time ago that I read it.

Warehouse was a pretty solid read, at least to me. But many didn't like it because of the ending. SPOILERS: In the end, after MC and ML have hurt each other, they actually do end up as broken lovers, as I like to call it. They're a really dependent pair of lovers, with both emotionally and mentally relying on each other to not breaking down and committing suicide. Imo, both MC and ML are not the best people in the world. To describe the MC, he took a personality quiz in the story and his result was "Mad Dog" which I thought, it really suited him. He's really fierce and honestly, has a hedonistic personality. He's gone through a lot in life with people leaving him in seconds, from his parents to his lovers to his friends. So after being left so many times, he's developed a habit of leaving first before the other party does so he doesn't get hurt. Then you got the ML. A man who gets EXTREMELY attached to anyone he falls in love with. And MC was his first love. ML is the very meticulous type, that comes from a good family, has top scores, but little to no friends. He's a good boy, but after meeting MC, he slowly becomes yandere. He really really really loves MC, but MC has trust issues and didn't believe ML would love him for long. So when he asked to break up after not seeing each other in a long time, ML broke down crying and said "No, please don't break up with me." MC couldn't believe that someone would still want him and thaaaaaat's when things went bad.
MC started to push ML's limits. He slowly went from being a loving boyfriend to a sex friend, and MC was the top at this time. ML was the bottom and didn't hate it at first but didn't want to JUST have sex. He wanted to hang out and doing things lovers do. But then MC wouldn't hang out with him and make it look like he was forcing himself to hang out with ML. MC was testing him, seeing how long he would last until ML wanted to break up. It's.........unhealthy, yeah. I can't think of another word but "Wow, that's unhealthy." In the end, ML went nuts and couldn't stand MC touching him. He said he hated MC and called him disgusting. MC being MC just glared at him and walked away, indicating that they were through and he wouldn't talk to him anymore. ML...........took it hard. He took it so bad, went through his memories and couldn't help but feel like he put all the blame on MC when he was also to blame (a revelation that is true, because ML was NOT being communicative enough. They both weren't, but ML should have vented his feelings in some way instead of writing in his journal all the time. Of course, MC wasn't helping and I think they would have broken up, but ML would have led a better life than being with MC. Unfortunately, ML believed that life wasn't fun if MC wasn't in it). So...........ML basically dropped out of school, grew up as a hermit constantly thinking of MC, and finally decided to change after his parents' car accident. He became a contract killer (I think?) and slowly became the ML we know in the story. A silent man who tracks down MC and shackles MC to him. While also trying to relive old memories in the warehouse the two would hang out in during their high school love life.
As for MC (sorry, got really into ML's life), he's been living a constant life of going one bad job to another, always scamming people and relying from one paycheck to another. He's forgotten all about ML as he's grown up. He's lived such a desolute life that he's forced himself to forget a lot of things just to survive each day. Before he got kidnapped, he had taken a stray dog to his place. He got kicked out of his apartment because they don't keep pets and was fired from his only job just so the dog wouldn't die. He spent money he couldn't let go in order to keep the dog healthy. But unfortunately, the dog died before MC came back from the store, to which MC said (along the lines at least), "See? Everyone leaves me, in the end." So when he got kidnapped and is raped (he's on the bottom this time) the whole story starts there as he tries to uncover why he's kidnapped and who the silent man is that seems to be obsessed with him. And in the end........MC realizes that it doesn't really matter. Compared to a lonely life where literally nobody cares if he died or not, he could at least be with the one person who does care for him. So they're both pretty much broken, and weirdly, both suffer from Stockholm syndrome. Like they both have been the role of the captive and the captor, so it's a really strange turn of events in the end, as they both try to move forward from their past and become something new while being broken.

Idk if I recommend reading, but it was certainly a roller coaster of a ride lol
