We don't know if the duke does or doesnt belong to the imperial family. But, Louis did consider him to be the baby daddy so maybe he does. However, the guy screams crazy psycho stalker kinda character rather than the Prince who is more of a yandere nale lead. The baby won't be anyone else' but the Prince's unless this is intented to be something like hogu hagyeongsu kinda shit.
