So I’m currently re-reading this story and I’m not sure if anyone has commented this in the beginning but I just have to say it. In chapter 12, when Cale is saying goodbye to his family before departing to the capital. It shows his siblings standing side-by-side and the sister is really small compared to the brother. But in the next scene when it shows their faces up close, the sister’s head reaches past his shoulder. But then she looks smaller again. So is it all about the angles? Sorry but this just bothered me and I felt the need to point it out in case no one did before. ( ̄∇ ̄")

I checked it out for you and I think it's for the sake of the storytelling -> In this case their facial expressions were important and if the artist would draw the middle panel (where the little sister appears to be bigger) normally then the composition would feel awkward.
