I think she's good but if you prefer physical dmg, maybe Raizor or Beidou (although I never use her) are best to use.
For crit dmg, Keqing is great. That's what I think when I did her trial, but well, I don't know for the actual.

Actually there's no low character in GI, it's just if we like their skill, we will definitely think them as our best characters (for me it's like Noelle and Kaeya). There are times when their skill don't match with the enemies so yeah at that moment we wish a character with greater skill....
But seriously, getting the same characters that we don't wish to pull is..... so damn frustrating and annoying............
Keqing is my dps only bcz her attack is highly boosted by albedo's solar isotoma
But xiao hits a 6k for his E at lvl 70 while keqing still hits a 3k with her E at lvl 80
You got a 5* sword build her as electro but if not you got to go with physical build which ofc razor does better ig...I just like playing with her bcz she is fast
Also I am stuck with using white tassel for xiao at ar 45 just for the necessary crit rate
