Hello! I'm looking for some help!

I remember reading a story where the female lead has to meet with two groups of knights (the black and white knights) and the kid who escorts her to the knights gets his directions mixed up and he ends up taking her to the wrong group first. So when shes meeting the white knights, the captain has her stop a fight and she does with very little trouble. I think that the little escort boy was like the grandson of the head butler or something - this is all I remember. Please help me find it
