it doesn't really goes with your request (but here abuse is not romanticized, not to spoil for you (if you haven't read it already) but he was raped and it traumatized him, he's super m and abuse sees as sexual satisfaction not love)

Lets Dai....like this manga has romance and stuff like that but (spoiler alert) the girl that is his girlfriend at the moment was rape and a lot of drama when around her.
