Is this the same is fools remastered? Which of thy first story?

Yes its the same. This one is the original one which I would recommend you to read first before reading the remastered one. The remastered one is kinda different in little way but exaclty the same plot line but basically more vibrant and improved art style from the author. But this one is nostalgic and amazing
