God maybe you didn’t spend enough time in sex Ed because even thought the risk of transmitting HIV through oral sex is pretty low it still exist. HIV is transmitted through an exchange of body fluid (semen, blood, pre-cum...). So if the person giving the fellatio has bleeding gum, cut or ulcer in the mouth HIV could enter their bloodstream through infected fluid. Moreover even though being infected by HIV during oral sex is low their is still lots of other STD that can be orally transmitted (hello syphilis !). Therefore you should still use condom, dental dam or other barrier method when practicing oral sex.
U shouldnt do oral if u have a ulcer or open wound. PERIOD. And saliva does break it down n lowers the chance. Im not saying dont use condoms, im saying the risk is very low and stop using Hiv as a death sentence/punishment for sexual openness. But yes, tell me im the stupid ignorant one.
