Hmm really? Late reply, but I was going to think it was Kagetsuya who's the child that was left at the noble's because they always say Kage. looks like Lucifel but has Michael's eyes. Also, when Raphael confronted Lucifel leaving a child at the noble's house, it kind of clicked because Kagetsuya was said to be raised in a noble family.
I think out of the obvious two, it would be Kagetsuya. Although I guess Michael didn't really know from the looks of it. Or maybe he did, I'd think he would've adopted him if he knew. XD but I guess whoever Chihayas parents are will never know they gave birth to the first child immune to the black cancer.
Yeah, I agree for everything you've said! The only thing I don't understand is when they graduated and Chihaya was adopted, someone was discussing with Kagetsuya on why Michael would have adopted the "weird" kid Chihaya but not Kagetsuya who was the perfect angel by others' standards at that time. I was confused because I thought Kagetsuya already had the noble family he grew up with, so why was he expecting be adopted by someone else? But yeah, it seems like Raphiel and even Gabriel knew whose kid Kage. was, and I'd like to think so does Michael. Again, you're right Michael probably would've adopted Kage if he knew, but I don't think he ever knew that Lucifel was pregnant (Raph. did which is why he knew) so he probably thought of their similar looks as a coincidence.
If I remember correctly, when the people who were discussing this, they also said whoever he adopted would be heir so maybe they would take his position after he died. Especially because he wasn't gonna get a wife to have a child. So maybe that's why they made a big deal about it. So Whoever he would adopt would be like the next person in charge I guess. XD

I dunno if it's just me but I think Chihaya is the son of Michael and Lucifel. Haha
