The anime is still unconfirmed. But, Webtoon already established a list of series that will be animated and ORV is one of them so the possibility is high, yes. But sadly it is still unconfirmed of when or whether it will be animated or not.

ORV - Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint is adapted from a webnovel by an old married Korean couple with a pen name of Sing-Shong. It was first published on 6th January 2018 and was completed on 2nd February 2020. There are 551 chapters and 5 volumes were released. In September 2019, Munpia (Korean Novels site) had signed a film production contract with Realize Pictures to feature a serialization movies (5 in total) but the release dates are yet to be announced.
