Doesn't that explain his possessive attitude now? In the early chapters before the ball he said" no I want him to come to me". Perhaps suggesting he knows of the baby from the previous one night stand.

I think he is the person he was with that night and he wanted himto come to him and to see what woud happen because the prience really likes him that is shown in the flash back clip but I am not sure if he knows about the baby

I am not sure if he knows the killer but I'm pretty sure he loves the mc and probably because they slept together his obsessive tendencies went haywire and he out they doing whatever the fuck he wants. It can also be possible that mc said something during on that night that triggered this side of prince
