shoujo manga?

i'm looking for a shoujo manga that I read maybe 3 years ago. main character is a guy who's pretty poor, father lost his job I believe, and he works as a waiter while also going to school. he gets asked out by a girl (she confessed to him), he then encounters a weird guy at his work who gave him an offer to be a model or something like that. well, one day things turn to crap and he takes the weird guys offer. x amount of time goes by and the dude acts arrogant and is being taken to this place by his manger (the weird guy) and meets the house resident (I believe owner or something like that. I believe she was the daughter of his agency's boss man) and that's how the first chapter ends. does anyone know what its called.
