The MC seems very likely to be on the autism spectrum. People with autism often need very regimented routines to cope and have trouble with social interaction. The other guy doesn't know this, so he keeps throwing the MC off by messing up his carefully created patterns of behavior. Neither one is to blame - they just need to understand each other better.

Lol doesn't matter how his life seems monk like, boring or whatever. People can live however they want and Sangwoo has all the right to react how he wants to someone like Jaeyoung just invading his personal life. I like Jaeyoung, but I'm not blind to how blatantly he's making Sangwoo uncomfortable.
