Yo, this manga is so wicked.

(1) Its plot is really good. I actually came from reading Shuu-chan's story, and compared to this, that one seems lackluster. I read that one rather casually, but I was quite invested in this one. I think the mystery concerning Yuuto was well-done: it wasn't overdone, but still present.

(2) The characters! Need I say more?

(3) Avoidance of unnecessary drama. Yuuto realizes Takeshi is a nice person, and responds in a reasonable manner. He doesn't shun him 100 times (and drains Takeshi's wallet) before some icy facade of his breaks, nor does he suddenly falls in love like "!!! WOW this guy is NICE! I feel totally captivated xoxo" Instead, he's attracted, but not overwhelmingly so.

Also, I really loved that the manga didn't use the ex-boyfriends for a jealousy plot. It showed that Shuu-chan and Takeshi had moved on and become friends, and made it so that Ken was supportive and helped Yuuto find happiness.

Which is what characters in love should do! Honestly, I was so sick of yaoi characters acting out of jealousy. It's refreshing to see a character genuinely hope for another's happiness.

(4) Platonic bonds! Friendship is a beautiful thing! Thank you for showing us that friendship is just as important as romance!

(5) The art is cute. Tbh Takeshi isn't my aesthetic, but Yuuto is so adorable.

The only complaint I have is that the story focused more on Yuuto than Takeshi, and the character development felt a bit skewed. However, there were subtle hints as to how Takeshi was developing as well, so this is merely me nitpicking a bit. XD
