They said so because there was an authors note talking about some issues between writer and artist so it was said to be discontinued
Actually I rechecked the official raws website and season 1 is complete (up to 60 chapters). However one of the creators made a tweet saying that it was discontinued (probably meaning second season won’t be made).
The first episode was uploaded in 2018, last was in 2019 on comico. If you check on websites like bomtoon and lezhin, it just looks like they uploaded the series onto their sites at a later date like in 2020 and 2021

if you go on anime planet and search this up it says it’s completed with 60 chapters. why are ppl saying it’s cancelled.
