Seme is actually uke's best friend brother. He(uke) just mistaken seme as his friend boyfriend because she keep saying 'my oppa' while referring to her boyfriend and when seme pop up in her college, she run to him shouting "Oppa". And also when she try to introduce seme to uke, uke just ignored them thinking she will just introduce her boyfriend like in past.
