Can I ask you something ?!

Can you tell your family or your friends about you being a fujoshi/fudanshi ???

I Have . And this is my story~~~
I have tell my friend once but indirectly ,, " I prefer the anime without girl involved , guys is better ." and my friend shocked and told me " that means gays" and we laughing ...
And I think my sisters know that because I was seen reading yaoi manga ... My older sister not say anything but my young sister look at me and say something harsh , but she's not tell my other family ...
But I have to keep it secret because i'm afraid my family take my tablets, revoke wifi, and even forbid me using other electronic equipment .. Its hell !!! (/TДT)/

How about you ???? Can you tell me ?? *I just wanna know*

i tell my family directly all in one go. just, feed them bits of clues and infos about myself and let them like sit on it for a while and do it again until they figure it out themselves, until i can nonchalantly say it to them. well, my family already had an idea about BL media but of course it's got a bad rep from everybody. but that's just life. accept it and be happy for yourself and for others.

sorry, a typo. i mean, i did not tell my family in just one go. i've been reading bl for as long as i can remember, 10 years more or less so i always end up re-reading mangas. the thing is, we just had to accept it that the people around you can be like as close-minded or open-minded about your hobbies and instead of wallowing over that, just forget it and respect each other's space. that way, everyone can be happy. don't think too much about it cuz it will just stress you or make you feel lonely. ^_^ why not go around it? like, be happy with your online friends or your few rl fujoshi friends

I don't really tell my parents or brothers but my sisters know. I've only told a couple friends as well. Overall though I don't really advertise it but I'll tell it to people who I think wouldn't give me a hard time about it. I think my parents have an idea though because I made them buy BL manga for me when I was younger lol and I'm not that good at hiding the yaoi manga I own now. XD

I never directly told my family or friends about it. I just never hid it. I will watch yaoi on the tv in the common room and leave yaoi manga laying around. If my friends and I talk about books we read I will tell them about the yaoi I read just as I would any other book. Hell i didn't hide it from strangers. I read yaoi on the bus and Junjou romantica is my ringtone. I never treated it like something I should hide. I never even occurred to me that this is something odd until I got on here and read stories about others who had to hide their love of this stuff. To me it was just one more hobby I enjoy

I have only said it to some girls at school (one of them recommended them to me ) and to a boy who happened to read yuri... I was burned and wanted to tell my big brother (who showed me japanese anime one piece- my first anime in life) and he keeps secrets so its fine. In my country its a taboo for the half popularity. The older people ,who are more than the young , are against. Its strange. There are a lot of celebrities gay but just recently our prime minister (who is young) made practicability the rightful cohabitation of gay. But there many young people who are against homosexuality too.... I havent said to my closest friends that i am reading these because they are against too... To my parents or my other siblings of course i wont say it .... Its more like I will make them worried!!!!!!! LOL!!!!! Such as I like abnormality! Well, I dont know what "normal" is!! And because I am watching and reading yaoi and cant stand yuri means something? I am not a phycologist, and they are not too....! Gay couples are a reality!! Even from the ancient times!!
