I don't get why they're not the same grade

cos when u r born determines what grade you are going to be in. he just missed the cut off

Because in Japan,first semester usually begins at April and Junya was born in April too ╮(￣▽￣)╭,that's why they're not the same grade

we have a cutoff date in U.S too
