From what I've seen, most older brothers end up with a serious sister complex from the moment she's born. And as long as the sister doesn't do stupid shit to them, they continue having it for ever... In many cases it goes by completely unnoticed to them, until the sister wants to start dating xD
After reading ch. 16 I think its true and then I read ch.1 again @ 1st I thought he was panicked when she was 2 be hit... but it may have been something more, also I assume the brother knew he liked his sister since they (bro & sis) went to him of the possession. So I assume it to be fair 2 say he did like her...
