The mother is scum for indirectly facilitating the abuse by having him influence her decisions over raising the girl and still being with him when she realized what he did. Instead, it was the daughter she tried to drive out of her life NOT the bastard that groomed her! She bullied her daughter to marry someone she did not love and basically bribed the 2nd ML to seduce her just so she could have her husband all to herself. It's sick.
