I remember reading a manga some years ago, that I've wanted to reread but can't find. The manga "Hana wa Junai ni Junjiru" was similar to what I remember. There was a social class of artisans that had wealthy patrons to further their talents, but many had sexual relationships. I'm pretty sure they were also refered to as flowers. They were a sort of status symbol and were bought and traded. Anyone know?
