Same sentiments. To answer your question though, shounen's target demographic audience are young boys (shounen means youth/young male). These guys are usually more likely to read manga that caters to their tastes (hence big-boobed girls who always fall for the protagonist). Readers usually project themselves onto the hero so... you know, they somehow experience part of... the adoration of a big-boobed female. Sometimes the ditzy girl has added charm.
