i think she’s saying they can still be saved and be a normal pair of siblings that just have ‘bad personalities’ to others instead of ending up evil and even more messed up, she has decided to move on from the past and not take revenge for what happened and instead try and make him a better person but i think she’s still scared and wants to leave even if he becomes better bc personally i’d be the same way. her forgiveness goes to not blaming him for the past but she hasn’t forgot it and probably doesn’t want to stay with the brother that wouldn’t help her and in the palace that has bad memories
