Why wouldn’t her mom want such a cute kid

And to think she hasn't been living in a peaceful home until she was adopted my her uncle is just sad. No child should ever experience such a thing. :( too bad it happens in real life too. Why can't humans have a bodily function where all reproduction is locked until you are mentally and emotionally stable? I don't know maybe something like that or better.
