I meant to upvote, but I don’t understand the first question. Trashta never had twins. The baby she had when she was a slave is the one that is being raised by the viscount. *SPOILER* The baby she is pregnant with now, is not the child of the current reigning emperor.
Regarding the second question, Trashta is being taught by Navier’s teachers to supposedly copy her and learn more etiquette and education, so the emperor thinks that by the time he is ready to divorce Navier is when Trashta will already have enough learning skills. Since I read the novel, he won’t divorce Navier until a little later after this. But, since this is my first time reading the manwha adaptation, I don’t know when they will exactly divorce.

After hearing that Navier is pregnant with Heinley’s children, he realizes that he was the infertile one all along and that the dates of him sleeping with rashta and the baby being born doesn’t match up. So therefore, he finds out the baby isn’t his and wants Navier back as his empress.
Yes, later in the story, he finds himself looking at Navier’s portrait and wants her back as his empress.
