the main reason Ian wanted to marry Melissa was to strengthen his Crown Prince position. Having a Duke's house back him pretty much guarantees that he'll become the Emperor. He could have chosen another household's family, but why bother?

Honestly, everything Melissa did is fun to see. I'm getting nervous as Ian 'suddenly' become a kind and gentle boy, the same as Melissa's brother. For the brother, I think he began to respect Melissa, it's good, he's cute (& I think he begin to resent Melissa in the past because Melissa loves Ian more than him).
As for Ian, I'm not so sure how I should feel, a bit nervous, a bit so-so & never mind. I afraid that Melissa would end up like "The Abandoned Empress" piece where the FL unite with her original fiancé (aish, I drop this manhwa as I heard the spoilers about this case). I don't hate Ian, but for Melissa to be with him… I'd rather not see it.
Btw, I wonder who would change other than Ian & Melissa's bro. Any idea? Oh, a thing again, is there any reason Ian needs Melissa? He's a prince & could choose another strongholds, no?
