Me too that parts confusing
Angel is the omega that gave birth to keith. I reckon he's being detained forcefully and often tries to escape. However every time he escapes hes brought back by kieth's father and kieth has to go buy jewellery for him
I don't know if this 100% right or not, but from my understanding, ANGEL(omega) who is KEITH(seme)'s father and the one who gave birth to Keith has a habit of running away from home. Each time Angel ran away and got caught again, Angel will return home and Keith as his alpha son need to choose and buy jewelry personally and give it to Angel(I think that was some kind of a tradition in Keith household). Keith never choose jewelry and buy it personally whenever he sent the gift to his sex partner in the past(means that Keith told his worker to pick something and just sent it to his sex partner without even bothering what that something is) except for Yeonwoo(uke). Keith even take Yeonwoo to a branded store and buy the gift for Yeonwoo personally(refer to chapter 32). So the situation is the same with Angel. Only Angel and Yeonwoo can make Keith choose and buy jewelry personally. Yeonwoo misunderstood Keith, he thought Angel is Keith's another omega sex partner and Keith treat Angel the same way Keith treat him(Yeonwoo). That's why Yeonwoo was furious and I think Yeonwoo is actually jealous. Yeonwoo thought he was somewhat special to Keith but in the end Keith treat some other guy the same way Keith treat him. Its actually a misunderstanding because Keith have done that(buying jewelry for Angel) lots of time already. But somehow this time the media caught them and make a super controversial headlines because they don't know that the guy who's with Keith at the moment was Keith's birth father. You know how the mass media like to assume something just from mere photo or something without an explanation just to catch a lot of attention and make more money （￣へ￣）
