Its hard for most women to get pregnant after 35 (not saying its impossible, its just much harder) she may want to have tons of kids, plus she's already so insecure about how she isn't married yet.

She needs to be clear with this boy. He has a long way ahead in future. For now, 18 & 30, it's not a wise time to be together. If in next 5years, his feeling still not change and he has a career than that wise time to be together.
Love can change people for better and worse. Don't forget love cannot feed us.
