there's more tbh. they use an app to draw these kinds of buildings for convenience and ig almost all the drawers of these kind of manhwas used the same app

YES EXACTLY. Each time I read a new recent manhwa, they are all using the same castle which is something that isn't truly my thing since architecture drawings are my favorites. I would truly like that they try to draw a unique and different castle for their stories. It would add such a good taste to it.
Recently I happened to read three mangas back to back that all involved living in a castle. And the buildings all look the same! Different coloration and some angles, but all-in-all, copies!
