A dream where the uke, just a kid, was dumped by one on a bike
But in this dream there's no face so probably for the uke it was traumatic

so in later chs we see that they knew each other from mc's high school days and people are talking about the age gap.
MC age is 17/18 at that time and Dr is in college making him anywhere between 18-24. As far as I can tell the backstory takes place when Dr is in college, not medical school, and I am not sure if he had completed his military service. If I am correct in my assumptions this means that the largest age gap between them would be 7 years.
Present day MC is probs like 21/22, meaning Dr is about 29
That hardly makes the Dr a grandpa.
