ikrr.. she looks like she experienced it herself.i just think it'll be more make sense if she just come back to before her death than become villain in the novel she read.
I was thinking that same thing, like when she was thinking of her nanny. I first thought she had the villainess past memories but her reaction of her ex husband was too strong. So I was wondering if she did go back in time but she also regained the memories of her previous life. That could be the only explanation that sounds right but it’s not mentioned at all in the story. So I’ll just believe that for now until proven otherwise ╮(￣▽￣)╭

In the novel version she had died an reincarnated into modern day and found that her past life was a written in a novel. I am confused wether she got reincarnated 3 times or just twice?

She said that “original Cayena” is actually her past self, then she reincarnated in our world where she read a book about her past life and then she reincarnated for the 2nd time and returned to her first self “Cayena” but with new knowledge and personality. I hope that what I wrote is understandable. In short, she was Cayena -> a girl from our world with that book -> Cayena again
It started as a "Woke up as a villainess destined to die in a novel I read" story, but the past few chapters gave me "Went back in time to stop my death flags" type of vibes, since she was basically having PTSD from the stalker guy. Which is odd, right, because she shouldn't have experienced that directly yet, just read about from the novel? Unless it's both and I missed it... I"m cool with it either way. It's a good tale. The ML is fine, and the sadistic lil brother pleases my eyes.
