Guys, I really suggest reading the novel and then the manhwa. It's much more expressive and detailed. In the manhwa it's rushed and they leave out some important things. For example, the reason why Vera decided to work with Cayena was not only because Cayena told her to work for her. Vera had wanted someone to acknowledge her and how hard she's been working. It didn't matter who, she just wanted someone to do it. She hoped that by working for Rezef she would be acknowledged, but we all know that he would never do that. So when Cayena told Vera that she knows how hard she works and how she would love someone like her to support her (or something along those lines), Vera felt so grateful and happy. Cayena saved Vera. It was a much more emotional scene in the novel. The way Raphael's feelings change are also much, much more differently portrayed. It show how he changes with each encounter he has with Cayena. It's much more sweet. For anyone that's interested, here is the link to the novel: https://woopread.com/series/the-villainess-is-a-marionette/
