The perpetrator uses coercive and deceptive tactics to force victim into submission by threatening his job, physically threatening and restraining him (I’ll break your arm if you don’t say yes/you can’t overpower me (so further resistance is futile), etc.) and also exploits his financial insecurity (I’ll only consider not fucking you if you pay me back 4x the amount I gave you). The perp offers this ‘out’ with the assumption that it is impossible for the victim to produce this money and so the victim HAS to consent. Saying ‘no’ isn’t actually an option.) Not to the mention the fact that the perp says this while physically restraining the victim. Leading up to and during sex, the victim says countless times, “no”, “this doesn’t feel good”, “I don’t like this”, “stop”, etc. (though THESE THINGS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CONSTITUTE LACK OF CONSENT WHEN SUBMISSION OCCURS UNDER OR FOLLOWING DURESS).
