If he did, he would have turned into a full vampire. The blonde vamp (Joo-young) mentioned that in the prev chapters. That was also the reason why Doyoon's father died. JY gave Nux's blood to DY's father then he went insane and killed himself.
That's why DY didn't to drink Nux's blood anymore bc it would turn him into a pureblood vampire and he wouldn't be able to live with Kangwoo in the human world.

Is anyone else thinking how Doyoon could have just drank Nux's blood from the syringe the director used to inject himself with? Like the director didn't have to do that when Doyoon could have just drank that?
