It's likely going to be powerful yes, but its also an inherently demonic power. We saw that he really didnt seem to want it for a reason. Like the blood emperor said, at this point, he's addicted to the power. Suffice to say, using it will have drawbacks, be it mental or physical.
knowing the mc, he might tell his grandfather that he encountered the bloody cloud emperor and gave him the blood emperor powers.
