Yeah ikr, my theory is because maybe she still has the memory of the princess or somethin
when she got transmigrated into the princess's body she received all of her memories which almost directly also makes her feel the emotions due to the received memories, I'm guessing
Oh it doesn't really explain it here, but in the novel they talk about it properly. She ACTUALLY is the princess, and got reincarnated into the modern world, and now back again into her original life as the princess.

I read somewhere the novel never mentions the transmigrating, and ybh it seems like they meant for her to just die and come back in time because ots not even been mentioned since. Like she doesn't mention any of her modern life stuff, or missing creature comforts or anything.
Alternatly, I was thinking maybe she lived her first life as the princess, lived her second life in the real world, came back to her first life as the princess doctor Elise style but tbh it seems mostly like the transmigrating was pointless unless they wanted to use it as an excuse to why she's suddenly not as dumb as they say she used to be
I mean the princess couldn't have memories of her dying since, simply saying she has not died yet
