If it's a manga which is already added and you wanna share chapters then :
• Go to the manga page (the one which you wanna update)
• Tap on the side flag
• Select "upload chapter" and paste the link (upload your screenshots to imgur.com and get the link)
• don't forget to write your chapter name along with your link

You'll have to wait quite a few hours to get your upload to show up
