So from what I can understand. There is Tasara, the actual boy who was born and the 'parasite' or curse that he has and has been in his family for generations.
The 'parasite' has finally become conscious and can take over Tasara when he's weak or asleep because of Nara. Tasara doesn't remember Nara but the 'parasite' does and has fallen in love with him.
Despite this Tasara is still cursed and the curse is slowly driving him made and he will destroy everything and everyone and the 'parasite' can't stop him even though it wants to live and keep Nara alive.
