I mean there are chances that the scar is almost healed and not so visible or it could’ve been removed with plastic surgery or wtv it’s called, but again, the fact that a non-transgender man got pregnant doesnt make sense itself, which is why it’s fictional so there’s no possible way to make it make sense either way

You don't need to be a transgender man to have a uterus. There are men who are born with these types of "defects" involving sexual organs, but most of the time, they do not function right which is why intersex men are highly unlikely to get pregnant. Chances are close to zero. So yes this is fiction but not entirely unrealistic.
