I read this before but just now realized that "Komugi" means "young Mugi" or "child Mugi." It's like this:
Neko is cat, but koneko is kitten. Inu is dog, and koinu is puppy. Kodomo means child, consisting of the kanji for "young" and "follower" basically. I didn't catch that the last time I read this. It's cute. I should have named my daughter "Kojenny."

I also forgot to mention that komugi means "wheat," but I like "young Mugi" better.
