There isn't much yaoi anime out there tbh. The only good ones would be Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Junjou Romantica. Love Stage was okay, the manga is still ongoing. Hey Class President, Koisuru Boukun, Okane Ga Nai, and Sensitive Pornograph are alright adaptions too. (: Everything else is meh.
Try Legend of the Blue Wolves. :D
*Ai no Kusabi - There's two versions, the original and a remake. Both are good in their own way, but the remake doesn't have a legitimate ending b/c they had to cut off production. It's based off of a sci-fi BL novel & plays out like a movie though I believe it's an OVA.
Fake OVA - It's a nice story about a romance between two detectives complete w/ a murder mystery.

Orenchi no Furo Jijou - Very cute & funny but not really BL. Lots of bromantic moments though.
1. junjou romantic - 3 seasons (12 episodes each)
2. sekai ichi hatsukoi - 2 seasons and 2 ova
3. yokozawa takafumi no baai (sekaiichi hatsukoi movie)
4. love stage - 10 episodes and 1 ova
5. gakuen heaven - 12 episodes (it's shounen ai and the love story between the 2 mc is really sweet)
6. hakkenden - 2 seasons (this is not really yaoi or shounen ai but the author makes yaoi mangas, and you can feel the love between the 2 mc)
