His empty feeling is caused by his sex life without emotions. Human have emotions, that is why its better if you doing sex with someone u have feelings with rather than just a random person. He will be empty and never feeling satisfied cause his emotions never been there in the first place.

I dont care about the quality or translation, it isn't that bad, I am grateful for this, Thanks! ... Anyway back to my topic I sense that the guy will catch every std's because everyday he keeps having "fun" but that std isn't worth it because he still feels "empty" .
My advice for that guy is to find another partner that is opposite of his sex that can FILL HIM INSIDE, and then he isn't empty anymore! literally .. LOL
