they were childhood friends, and then they got together as a couple i think, but then they broke up. probably because of the seme's family. and then suddenly uke probably just suddenly disappeared or something and the seme kept on waiting for him for years (he didn't find a mate because he kept on waiting for the uke even though he's ill, and he kept on preparing birthday presents for uke every year)
seme knew that uke lied to him and thinking uke wanted to be pregnant with his child because his family bribed him, so he kinda has love-relationship with the uke. he loves him but despises him at the same tine
