WAIT thats a good theory. bc i don't think that Kudou (or at least the one that we know) killed her unless it was by accident or he needed to or sum and even then it's iffy.
Remember y’all, the Kudou we’ve seen so far is the double. So it’s likely Kudou is referring to his original self as the killer of the original Kujirae. (However I feel he’s joking with that statement, at least partially)
